Montebello Community Adult School offers every level of English language learning. Each student is evaluated for their current English speaking level and are then placed in the appropriate ESL class. They will advance as their language and conversation skills advance.

In addition to English language support, MCAS also offers Citizenship Preparation classes.

The decision to become a U.S. citizen is an important and personal one. Before applying, there's a lot you have to learn. Your community (Montebello, Bell Gardens, Commerce, Downey, East Los Angeles, Pico Rivera, and Rosemead) offers English as a Second Language (ESL) and citizenship preparation classes through MCAS (Montebello Community Adult School).
